[Yosuke doesn't hang out in his own room for too long after the group chat. Once the conversation there seems to die down a bit, Yosuke takes a breath and makes his way to Souji's room in the other court dorm.

He's trying to be better about not kneejerk reacting to things and making things worse; their time differences here, the things Souji's experienced, and everything else happening around them is making things more complicated than it feels like it should be.
So he stands on the other side, watching Souji's smile and how it's not reaching his eyes, Yosuke's own hand suspended mid-air from knocking.]
